1. Pricing Structure
All our products/services are priced transparently, and the applicable charges are clearly mentioned on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions, demand, or company discretion.
Inclusions in the Subscription
Upon successful payment, subscribers will receive:
Access to high-quality educational worksheets and math concept materials.
Continuous updates and additions to the worksheet database.
User support for academic queries related to the provided content.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payments through Razorpay, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported payment methods.
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash-on-delivery or installment-based payments unless explicitly stated.
All transactions will be processed in INR as per the applicable rates.
All payments are securely processed as per industry standards to ensure data protection and transaction security.
Razorpay may levy additional payment gateway charges, which will be communicated before payment confirmation.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue caused by us.
Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your service, you must request it within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Cancellations beyond this period will not be entertained.
Failed Transactions: In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but the service is not provided, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Disputes: If a chargeback or dispute is raised through the payment provider, the resolution will be handled as per Razorpay’s dispute resolution policies.
4. Taxes & Additional Charges
Prices mentioned on the website are exclusive/inclusive of GST or other applicable taxes. Any additional charges will be clearly stated before payment.
Customers are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges that may apply.

6. Subscription & Recurring Payments
If you purchase a subscription-based service, the payment will be deducted automatically at the agreed intervals.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or any other reason, access to the service may be restricted until the due amount is successfully processed.
